Located in the historic village of Kandakurthi, Renjal Mandal, Nizamabad district, the Sri Keshava Spoorthi Mandir stands as a beacon of cultural heritage and national pride.
The modernized building was inaugurated on the occasion of the Centenary of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, commemorating 100 years of service to the nation. The structure blends traditional Indian temple architecture with modern functional design.
Born in Nagpur in 1889, Dr. Hedgewar dedicated his life to the service of the nation. He founded the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh in 1925 in Nagpur. His ancestral roots trace back to Kandakurthi, making this village a place of deep historical significance.
The inauguration was graced by Dr. Mohan Rao Bhagwat, Sarsanghchalak. The Mandir now serves as a museum and heritage center, preserving the history and inspiring future generations.
